If you have a valid COP parking permit and change your vehicle, (for example, you sold your car and bought a new one), you can log into your online parking account to update your vehicle details.
Before you start
Once logged in, there will be an option to ‘view’ your permit. Click on the option, you will see a tab to ‘change vehicle details’ - you will be able to update your vehicle information there.
If your vehicle is newly registered, you may not be able to change the vehicle on your permit. Please contact us using our automated phone service, where you can leave a message for a call back. Phone 020 8825 6677 and select option 5, and 3. Leave a clear message with your name and contact details. A parking service officer will usually call you back on the same day.

What happens next
Once you have updated your permit, you will be able to park the new vehicle in your controlled parking zone.
